Garivulimab (BGB-A333) is a humanized IgG1 variant monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1). By specifically binding to PD-L1 on the surface of tumor or immune cells, it effectively blocks its interaction with the PD-1 receptor on T cells.
