Anti-Mouse IFN gamma Antibody (H22) is an IFN-gamma-targeting inhibitory antibody raised in Armenian hamsters against mouse IFN-gamma that interferes with the specific binding of 5I-rIFN-gamma to macrophages, exerts an inhibitory effect on macrophage-activating factor (MAF) activity and IFN-gamma-dependent antiviral activity with an ID50 of 56 ng and 2 ng, respectively, and is also capable of neutralizing endogenous IFN-gamma in mice. H22 antibody is commonly employed in research on inflammatory and infectious diseases, including the pathological mechanism investigation of arthritis.
