TNF-alpha-IN-11 (Compound 10) is a TNF-alpha inhibitor with a dissociation constant (K D) of 12.06 µM. It impedes TNF-alpha-induced caspase activation and the NF-kappaB signaling pathway by binding to TNF-alpha, suppressing the phosphorylation of IkappaBalpha and the nuclear migration of NF-kappaB p65. This compound is utilized in the study of TNF-alpha-mediated autoimmune diseases [1].
