LtaS-IN-2 (compound 13), a derivative of LtaS-IN-1 [1], is an LTA synthesis inhibitor with antibacterial properties against S. aureus and S. epidermidis, exhibiting MIC90 values of 0.5 µg/mL and 1 µg/mL, respectively.
