Demonstrating cytotoxicity in both LCK-activated T cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) cell lines and primary leukemia samples in vitro, SJ 11646 also exhibits anti-leukemic efficacy in vivo within patient-derived xenograft models of T-ALL.
