In vivo, desethoxy quetiapine at dosages of 20 and 40 mg/kg mitigates dopamine receptor agonist apomorphine-induced climbing behavior and ameliorates swimming deficits in mice, showcasing its potential modulatory effects on dopamine-mediated behaviors.
