Produktbeschreibung

3'-Deoxy Thymidine is a nucleoside analog of thymidine with antiviral activity. 3'-Deoxy Thymidine inhibit HIV replication in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (EC50 = 0.17 µM). 3'-Deoxy Thymidine also decreases plaque formation in CV-1 cells infected with HSV-1 at micromolar concentrations. These properties support the use of 3'-Deoxy Thymidine in antiviral mechanism studies and nucleoside analog evaluation.
