Bocaminooxyacetamide-PEG2-Azido, a cleavable two-unit PEG ADC linker used in synthesizing antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) [1], is a click chemistry reagent. It contains an azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with alkyne-containing molecules and strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with DBCO or BCN groups.
