It also reprograms macrophage function and alleviates DSS-induced colitis by inhibiting the NF-kappaB and NLRP3 inflammasome pathways. Compared to Anemoside B4, Anemoside A3-methyl 6-aminohexanoate demonstrates moderate in vivo pharmacokinetic properties.
