LysRs-IN-3 (compound 36), a lysine tRNA synthetase inhibitor based on ASP3026, demonstrates over seven times greater efficacy in inhibiting the growth of Plasmodium, particularly the lethal strain, compared to ASP3026 alone. LysRs-IN-3 can be used for novel antimalarial research.
