It also inhibits the activity of COX-2 (IC50=10.50 µM). Possessing analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties, 5-LOX/sEH-IN-1 reduces ulcerogenicity, making it a potential candidate for developing anti-inflammatory agents with fewer gastrointestinal and cardiovascular side effects.
