RO-76 is a selective partial agonist for the mu opioid receptor (muopioid receptor(µOR)). It binds to the µOR-G-protein complex with an EC50 value of 454 nM. RO-76 reduces the recruitment of beta-Arrestin-1/2 and exhibits analgesic properties.
