Antifungalagent 108 (compound 14d) is an original imidazo[1,2-b]pyridazine derivative that exhibits potent antifungal activity against Madurella mycetomatis (MM55 strain) with an IC50 of 0.9 µM. The compound shows an IC50 of 14.3 µM for cell viability in NIH-3T3 mouse fibroblasts.
