SHP2-IN-30 (Compound 14i) is a conformational SHP2 inhibitor with an IC50 of 104 nM. It exhibits weaker inhibition against SHP2-PTP. Additionally, SHP2-IN-30 induces apoptosis and arrests the cell cycle in the G0/G1 phase.
