It promotes these processes by decreasing mitochondrial membrane potential and downregulating GPX4. Effective in vitro and in vivo, Ferroptosis/apoptosis inducer-1 significantly inhibits the proliferation and metastasis of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), playing a crucial role in cancer research.
