FolB-IN-1 (Compound 3e), an inhibitor of the FolB enzyme from Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MtFolB), demonstrates the ability to suppress MtFolB activity. It also shows antimycobacterial properties with a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 40 µg/mL (108 µM).
