IPH5201 is a human IgG1 monoclonal antibody (mAb) targeting ENTPD1/CD39. It enhances the accumulation of immunostimulatory ATP released by tumor cells undergoing combination chemotherapy (CT) and reduces the levels of immunosuppressive adenosine (Ado) in the tumor microenvironment (TME).
