REGN3051 is a human IgG1 monoclonal antibody (mAb) that targets MERS CoV. It has been shown to reduce lung viral titers in mice expressing human DPP4 and to decrease disease severity and viral replication in the lungs of MERS-CoV infected marmosets. The recommended isotype control is HumanIgG1kappa, Isotype Control.
