IPH5301 is a human IgG1 monoclonal antibody (mAb) that targets NT5E/CD73. It features a functionally silenced Fc domain and specifically inhibits the enzymatic activity of both soluble and membrane-bound CD73, thereby restoring the proliferation of immune T cells.
