KD014 (DX-2400) is a human monoclonal antibody (mAb) that targets MMP14, with a Ki of 0.9 nM. It inhibits TGFbeta and SMAD2/3 signaling, increases macrophage count and iNOS expression, and shifts macrophage phenotype towards an antitumor M1-like type. KD014 exhibits antitumor activity in three tumor models (MDA-MB-231, MDA-MB-435, and PC3) and is applicable in breast cancer research.
