AMG-966 is a human bispecific antibody (bsAb) that targets TNFSF15/TL1A and TNFalpha. AMG-966 can restore the ability of the aglycosylated Fc domain to bind FcgammaRIa and FcgammaRIIa, which leads to the formation of antidrug antibodies (ADA).
