TQH-2722 is a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting the IL-4Ralpha receptor in humans. It effectively blocks the interaction between IL-4Ralpha and downstream cytokines IL-4 and IL-13, thereby inhibiting inflammatory responses. TQH-2722 is used in research for atopic dermatitis and chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP).
