MB-314 is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody (mAb) targeting Lewis Y. This compound enhances antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) activity and increases the release of IFN-gamma, TNF-alpha, MCP-1, and IL-6. MB-314 is applicable in cancer research.
