Aducanumab (Mouse IGG2a) is a monoclonal antibody that selectively targets aggregated amyloid-beta protein (Abeta). Its variable region matches that of Aducanumab, while the constant region is derived from the Mouse IGG2a sequence. Aducanumab (Mouse IGG2a) demonstrates strong selectivity for Abeta fibrils, with EC50 values of >1 µM for Abeta1-40 monomer and 0.2 nM for Abeta1-42 fibrils. This compound can be utilized in Alzheimers disease (AD) research.
