ADI-42898 is a human IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting Envelopment polyprotein and M polyprotein. It binds to the Gn/Gc complex, preventing the entry of seven Hantavirus strains associated with human immunodeficiency syndrome (HCPS) and hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) into cells.
