SEA-TGT is a human monoclonal antibody (mAb) targeting TIGIT. It enhances binding to activating FcgammaRIIIA while reducing binding to the inhibitory FcgammaRIIb. SEA-TGT is applicable for research in advanced solid tumors and lymphomas.
