IMM20324 is a human-derived monoclonal antibody (mAb) targeting IL38. It inhibits the interaction of IL-38 with human IL1RAPL1-Fc and human IL-36R-Fc, with IC50 values of 1.267 nM and 1.4667 nM, respectively. In B16.F10 syngeneic mouse models, IMM20324 demonstrates antitumor activity and can be utilized in antitumor immunity research. The recommended isotype control is HumanIgG1kappa.
