NP137 is a human IgG1 monoclonal antibody (mAb) that targets Netrin-1. It inhibits the binding of netrin-1 to its receptor UNC5H2 with an IC50 of 0.5 nM. NP137 induces apoptosis by activating caspase 3 and is applicable for research in both solid tumors and hematological malignancies. Recommended isotype control: Human IgG1 kappa, Isotype Control.
