Anti-IL6 Antibody (MH166) is a mouse-derived monoclonal antibody targeting human IL-6. This antibody can fully neutralize human IL-6 activity in vitro. However, when combined with hIL-6 in vivo, it enhances hIL-6 activity, extends its half-life, and increases the production of antigen-specific antibodies.
