S-095029 is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody inhibitor that targets NKG2A. It effectively reduces Fc effector functions and inhibits interaction with its ligand, HLA-E, while enhancing the antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity mediated by other intact Fc function antibodies. S-095029 demonstrates potent antitumor activity, increasing the cytotoxic and cytokine (IFNgamma, TNF-alpha, and CXCL9) secretion capabilities of NK cells and gammadelta T cells when co-cultured with cancer cells.
