Tepilukimig is a bivalent humanized IgG1kappa monoclonal antibody inhibitor targeting TSLP-IL7Ralpha and TSLP-CRLF2. It prevents TSLP from binding to its cell surface receptors (IL7Ralpha and CRLF2), thereby completely blocking TSLP-driven inflammatory signaling pathways. Tepilukimig is used in the research of allergic and inflammatory diseases, such as atopic dermatitis and asthma.
