DSPE-PEG-SPDP, MW 1000, is a thiol-reactive PEG lipid. This amphiphilic polymer spontaneously forms lipid bilayers in water. It is employed for encapsulating nutrients or therapeutics for targeted drug delivery, such as mRNA or DNA vaccines, or liposomal doxorubicin for anti-tumor applications.
