DSPE-PEG2000-MPG is a PEG compound composed of DSPE and the peptide carrier (MPG). The MPG component is derived from the nuclear localization sequence (NLS) of the SV40 large T antigen and the fusion peptide domain of HIV-1gp41. It effectively delivers short oligonucleotides into cells independently of the endosomal pathway.
