DSPE-PEG1000-cRGD is a PEG compound composed of DSPE and the alphavbeta3-targeting peptide (cRGD). The cRGD peptide specifically binds to the alphavbeta3 receptors present on the surfaces of various cancer cells and angiogenic vascular cells. DSPE-PEG1000-cRGD is applicable in drug delivery.
