HOOC-PEG-COOH (MW 20000) possesses two reactive carboxyl groups at each end, allowing for selective reaction with amino groups in peptide coupling agents. It is an excellent crosslinker, suitable for PEGylation of proteins and peptides, as well as for the modification of nanoparticles and surfaces.
