DSPE-PEG3400-M2pep is a PEG compound composed of DSPE and the M2 macrophage-targeting peptide (M2pep). M2pep acts as a monovalent or multivalent ligand conjugated with pro-apoptotic peptides to enhance the toxic effect on M2 macrophages. DSPE-PEG3400-M2pep is applicable for drug delivery.
