DSPE-PEG-CHO ammonium (MW 3400) is a linear heterobifunctional PEGylation reagent consisting of DSPE phospholipids and an aldehyde group. The PEG linker exhibits excellent hydrophilicity and water solubility. Aldehyde polyethylene glycol (DSPE) is a commonly used reactive phospholipid for conjugating antibodies, peptides, or other ligands to the surfaces of liposomes and other lipid PEG nanoparticles. DSPE-PEG-CHO ammonium (MW 3400) is applicable for drug delivery.
