DSPE-PEG3400-iRGD is a PEG compound composed of DSPE and the alphav-integrin targeting peptide (iRGD). The iRGD peptide binds to alphav-integrin, undergoing proteolytic cleavage within tumors to produce CRGDK/R, which interacts with neuropilin-1, thereby exhibiting tumor-targeting and penetrating properties. DSPE-PEG3400-iRGD is applicable for drug delivery.
