Fmoc-NH-PEG-COOH (MW 3400) is a linear heterobifunctional PEG compound terminologically protected with Fmoc on the amine end and possessing a carboxylic acid group. It functions as a significant crosslinker with a PEG chain. The protected amine group can be regenerated under mild basic conditions.
