Rosiglitazone-d3 is the deuterated form of Rosiglitazone. Rosiglitazone (BRL 49653) is a thiazolidinedione class insulin sensitizer and a selective, orally active PPARgamma agonist. It exhibits EC50 values of 30 nM for PPARgamma1, 100 nM for PPARgamma2, and 60 nM for PPARgamma, with a binding affinity (Kd) to PPARgamma of approximately 40 nM. Additionally, Rosiglitazone acts as an activator of TRPC5 (EC50 ~ 30 µM) and an inhibitor of TRPM3.
