Cyclosporin A (Cyclosporine A) is an immunosuppressive agent that binds to cyclophilin, inhibiting the activity of protein phosphatase 2B (PP2B/calcineurin) with an IC50 value of 7 nM. Additionally, Cyclosporin A impedes the adhesion molecules CD11a/CD18.
