Arborinine shows antifeedant activity against Spodoptera frugiperda. Arborinin shows cytotoxicity against nine drug sensitive and multidrug-resistant cancer cell lines, it also can strongly induce apoptosis in CCRF-CEM cells and cell cycle arrest in the G0/G1 and S phases.
