HBpep(RPY)-SP acetate is a modified HBpep-SP peptide that forms co-condensate microdroplets by liquid-liquid phase separation and directly crosses the cell membrane, independently of the classical endocytosis pathway, thus enabling intracellular delivery and efficient release of biomolecules (e.g., peptides, proteins, and mRNAs), and it can also be used for transfection.
