P315V3 is a generic inhibitor of coronaviruses (coronavirus) that effectively suppresses the SARS-CoV-2 prototype PT, Delta, BA.1, and BA.4 strains with IC50 values of 10.9, 8.9, 8.6, and 2.7 nM, respectively. It exhibits cytotoxicity in Vero cells with a CC50 of 4.3 µM and demonstrates anti-infective activity in mouse models.
