Cyclo CRVIIF is a dual inhibitor of hypoxia-inducible factors HIF1 and HIF2. It disrupts the interaction between HIF1-alpha, HIF2-alpha, and HIF1-beta, with dissociation constants (KD) for the PAS-B domains of HIF1-alpha and HIF2-alpha measured at 65 and 123 µM, respectively.
