Cys-LL37 is a biomaterial with antibacterial properties developed by covalently attaching it to titanium surfaces. It utilizes a flexible, hydrophilic polyethylene glycol spacer and selectively N-terminally couples LL37 to create a surface peptide layer that kills bacteria upon contact.
