Cyclo CKLIIF is a dual inhibitor of the hypoxia-inducible factors HIF1 and HIF2, effectively disrupting the interaction between HIF1-alpha and HIF2-alpha with HIF1-beta. The dissociation constants (KD) for the PAS-B domains of HIF1-alpha and HIF2-alpha are 2.6 µM and 2.2 µM, respectively.
