IRF5-CPP5 is a cell-penetrating peptide that targets homodimerization, selectively inhibiting human IRF5 with IC50 values of 15.4 µM for the recombinant S430D and 15.3 µM for the wild-type (WT) IRF5 monomer dimerization.
