HiBiT tag acetate is a complementary peptide (VSGWRLFKKIS) with high affinity for LgBiT. It fuses with the Gbeta subunit of the receptor. The complementation of LgBiT and HiBiT enhances the stability of ETR and G proteins. HiBiT can attach to target proteins (GFP) to quantify transport to the cytosol.
