pGk13a TFA is an amphiphilic membrane-labeling probe containing an azide group (the azide group can bind with a fluorophore). It enables high-resolution imaging of cell membranes in ultramicrostructure membrane expansion microscopy (umExM), facilitating the study of membrane-associated structures and proteins. pGk13a TFA is useful for researching neuronal structures.
